Do I need a visa to visit India with a British passport?
Yes — unless you hold an OCI card. Most British visitors apply for an Indian e-Visa before travelling; some trips need a regular visa instead. We prepare and check either application for you.
How long does an OCI application take from the UK?
Processing times are set by the Indian High Commission and its visa centre and change through the year. We give you an up-to-date estimate when you book, prepare and check every document, and keep you updated until your OCI arrives.
Can you renew a UK passport for my child?
Yes. We help with adult and child UK passport renewals, including checking photos and supporting documents before the application is submitted.
What documents do I need for a Schengen visa?
It depends on your nationality, the country you are visiting and the purpose of your trip. Usually it includes your passport, photos, proof of travel and accommodation, travel insurance and financial evidence. We send you the exact checklist for your application.
Do I need to visit your office?
Not always. Many applications can be prepared by phone, WhatsApp and our secure upload link. Some documents must be signed or witnessed in person, and visa centres may need you to attend for fingerprints and a photo.
Can you prepare an Indian power of attorney in the UK?
Yes. We prepare Indian powers of attorney for property, banking, general and litigation matters, and explain the notarisation, attestation and Indian registration steps you will need to complete.
Do you give legal or immigration advice?
No. We are not solicitors or regulated immigration advisers. We prepare and check applications and documents from your instructions, and can point you to a regulated adviser if you need one.
